Miss Newton and myself behind our stall at Craft Candy! I have more photographs but cant upload these right now! This was our first craft fair and I think we learnt a lot from this! Hopefully we will be at the Christmas Craft Candy! I already have ideas of what I want to make!

I updated our page ever so slightly to include links to mine and Fallowfield's online shops that we have recently set up via folksy. Although currently mine is empty, I intend to fill it with interesting and fun crafty items over the next few days.

Before that however, me and Fallowfield are at the craft fair tomorrow with our hoard of stuff. I'm a bit wary about making the table look full as I had only planned enough items to fill half the size of table that we have (although I am happy that we were provided a larger table :D) Hopefully we will do a good job tomorrow, with it being our first craft fair it could be quite a learning experience, but I hope we represent ourselves well.

Made 4 of these tonight.. my back aches from painting toads but I am determined to make at least 3 cards a night. Think these look cute!

These are three cards of sleeping foxes. I need to make more of these and I was doodling earlier and decided I may make some I heart unicorn cards. Ya know like you do!! Going to Tesco to buy pink glittery!!

.Love Birds.

I've been inspired by romance recently... even though it's a bizarre thing for me to be inspired by. As such I decided to make a pair of love birds. I already had a heart printed felt in my collection which was incredibly useful, then made the birds out of blue and red felt. This is the result:

I quite like these as I think they're sweet. I also love the added ribbon to the girl one :)

.Strawberries.

For no particular reason, I decided that strawberries were the way forward. I luckily had the right fabric in my drawer to make a strawberry, and it's evolved now into a love of strawberries with different expressions. So far I've made a winking strawberry and a shocked strawberry, but intend to make a few more before the craft fair.

Here they are:

Both are made out of a red printed fabric that resembles a strawberry texture quite nicely, with added details made out of felt.

A design for our logo and banner.. Tried to keep it nice and simple.. and I made mini us! Need to show this to Newton and hopefully have her blessing on the design.. Im sure the hair colour is wrong!

Mouse.

I made a mouse for the craft fair. You can't see from the picture, but the underneath of the mouse is made from a fabric printed with my own mouse design on it. This is a boy mouse, called Morris. I also intend to make several more of these to sell on. I need to look into pricing of various things though to figure out how much to sell a mouse for.

Sleeping elephant cushions.

I have spent all day today and yesterday making these elephant cushions. Both are hand sewn and are made of fleece! They are very soft! I intend to make 2 more which will also be a bit different as I am trying to make each one unique by the use of patterned fabric on the inside of the ears and their tummys! Hope you like!
